If you're here, you've already taken a meaningful step. That didn't happen by chance - it takes courage to start looking for support. Maybe you're navigating workplace changes that have left you feeling unsettled, maybe you're adapting to a new culture or environment, maybe relationships have shifted in ways that feel challenging, or maybe you just have this growing sense that something needs to change but you're not sure what. Whatever brought you here, I am here to understand your situation and guide you towards what comes next.

What to Expect from Me
As a licensed Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie, I use Rogers' person-centered approach and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This means I won't tell you what to do or analyze you from a distance. Instead, I'll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you find your own answers. My background spans physics at Cornell University, 30 years in IT leadership, and extensive work with international teams. Throughout that time, I consistently focused on coaching, mentoring, and growing people within my network - which ultimately led me to formal training in psychotherapy. As a native English speaker who is also fluent in German, I can work with you in either language. This combination gives me a practical understanding of workplace pressures, cultural challenges, and the complexity of navigating professional environments. You can expect direct, honest conversations without jargon. I'll help you identify patterns, explore options, and develop concrete tools you can actually use.
